Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
Explain loan products and services to customers.
Schedule appointments for field sales team.
Maintain records of calls and leads in the system.
Follow up with customers for documentation and queries.
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Basic knowledge of Loan, Finance, or Banking sector preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati (English optional).
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills.
Confident & positive attitude.
Ability to handle customer objections.
