We are looking for a Tele Caller Team Manager to lead and motivate our calling team. Your responsibilities include performance tracking, training tele callers, and ensuring lead generation targets are met. If you have leadership skills and experience in tele calling, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, train & motivate a team of tele callers.
Monitor daily calling performance & maintain calling logs.
Ensure achievement of lead generation and appointment targets.
Guide team on objection handling and effective pitching.
Maintain and report team performance data to management.
Handle escalated customer queries or complaints.
Coordinate with Sales Executives for smooth appointment flow.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
Basic knowledge of Loan, Finance, or Banking products preferred.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong people management & motivational skills.
Proficient in using Google Sheets, Calling App, and call monitoring tools.
Ability to handle pressure & team challenges.
Good analytical & reporting skills.
Freshers with good communication & interest in field sales can apply.
