Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for all platforms.
Run paid campaigns and analyze their performance.
Coordinate with the sales & tele calling teams to create promotional content.
Reply to comments, messages, and queries on social media.
Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with latest trends in the fintech & loan industry.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
Certification in Digital Marketing/Social Media (Preferred but not mandatory).
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Graphic tools.
Creative mindset with strong content writing skills.
Basic knowledge of finance & loan industry (Preferred).
Experience in running ads & handling DMs professionally.
Strong coordination & communication skills.
Freshers with good skills & creative mindset can also apply.
